Carlo Biado, known as the “Black Tiger,” becomes the first Filipino to win the WPA World Nine-ball Championship twice — first in 2017, now again in 2025.

A CPBA professional, Biado has claimed over 35 major titles across the globe, including the 2024 WPA World Ten-ball Championship, the 2021 U.S. Open, the 2017 World Games, and multiple SEA Games and international victories.
