How to Start a Return
Since different brands may require returns to be sent to different warehouses, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
- Request a Return: Send us an email at info@fullcanbilliards.com with the completed return form within 30 days of receipt of your order.
- Receive a Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
- Ship Your Return: Drop off the return package within 7 days after receiving the return label.

Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the item(s) included in the return.
- Please note that the original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and credit card refunds should appear within 3 to 7 business days.

FOR BILLIARDS LIGHTS
Made-to-Order Billiards Lights can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized acrylic panels are final sale and not eligible for return. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund (restocking fee only applies to billiards lights). All lights must be in original condition, including packaging and accessories. The customer must request via email and receive prior approval for a return authorization number from.
