About the Moori Brand
Mr. Moori created the Moori Tip in 1983 and was the first person to develop multi-layered tips, making Moori the original brand of multi-layer tips. All tips made with layered leather came to be known as the “Moori Style” and have been popular worldwide for 40 years. The hardness of a multi-layered tip is very stable, providing enhanced strength and durability.
Moori Tips insist on using vegetable-tanned leather for each individual layer, with every piece of leather being strictly handpicked. Moori Tips are composed of high-density leather with fine, consistent fibers. This is the secret to why they last at least twice as long as other professional tips while maintaining excellent performance until the end.
The most challenging part of making multi-layered tips is the glue. It not only needs to preserve the leather's characteristics but also must have strong adhesion. No glue available on the market was suitable for this purpose. After 9 years of research and testing, Mr. Moori finally formulated his own glue, specifically suited for each of the different hardness levels.
Classic Series
The Classic Series is designed according to international hardness standards. The Super Soft tip is specifically created for players who prefer softer tips and require longer contact time with the cue ball, allowing for enhanced spin and reducing miscues. Best of all, Moori Tips are engineered to last at least twice as long as other tips
Jewel Series
The Jewel Series is designed for advanced players, featuring premium leather with even higher density. This series enhances grip on the ball, allowing players to spin the cue ball smoothly and powerfully. Additionally, durability has been significantly improved, ensuring consistent high performance that lasts longer than any other tips
